Are there any in particular that stand out that I should definitely look into?
I get the feeling accessories are mostly up to preference, but I can't say for certain since I haven't experienced end-game battles. Maybe getting an idea of where to stop will help me decide what weapons I want at what level. Speaking of weapons and the effort needed to upgrade them - how much effort is required? I do like to get the best of things but once I'm at the end of a game, I know I will likely be overpowered if I go on too long, not to mention I tend to burn out if I feel the time needed is not worth delaying the finish of the story. Does that mean people give that up in order to get better stats with the Omega Weapon? People suggest the Lionheart or Axis Blade for Lightning, I'm assuming they upgrade and transform these items into the Omega and Ultima Weapons? But I see that the Axis Blade has an ATB-related synthesized ability that makes Lightning even faster. I have a lot of questions, so please bear with me!Īt this point, do I need to care about the characters I don't intend to use? I am planning on using Lightning, Fang, and Vanille, and have no idea how much of an effort it takes to upgrade everyone's weapons.
I'm at Chapter 11 and finally looking up what I want for the end-game.
